The Smoker In My Building Part II

Today I had to complain about the guy who smokes in the hallway of my building because it's too cold outside. Even when I did smoke, I would never smoke in places where it would bother other people.

I think the landlord is going to do something about it, but she can't be there all the time watching. I was thinking about making up some fake signs to put in the hallway saying that if you're caught smoking, management is going to fine the company you work for $500 per instance. As soon as his boss sees that he won't be smoking in there anymore I bet.
